Beta version of SIAP/Aladin server

Hello,
   In order to be able to discuss SIAP 2 next monday we implemented two beta 
versions of a test aladin server speaking "SIAP 1". one is for a cutout service. The other one for an atlas service.

   the test server has the same data than the AVO/prototype IDHA server.
Specifically around the LMC and the Chandra deep field south.

will give you the IDHA metadata tree for the same regions.
