[csp] Project Survey + Publish data into the VO - interop session

Hi. Ada,

I would like to recommend Dr. Dongwei Fan, the R&D lead of the China-VO,
to share the experiences and lessons for the 10-years' LAMOST  data
release and open access. Additionally to the data release web portal,
the LAMOST spectral archives have been integrated into several VO tools,
i.e. Aladin and ESASky.

Cheers,

Chenzhou
