Dear all,

It was great meeting and talking to all of you in Paris. I hope you all had a pleasant time in Paris and a safe trip back home. As presented in the CSP close-out <https://wiki.ivoa.net/internal/IVOA/InterOpMay2019/20190517-CSP_closing_remarks_v1.0.pdf> session, I used Janet’s spreadsheet and a prioritization scheme presented in the talk from industry to try to make a first draft prioritization of the standards and activities at the IVOA. You can find the shared spreadsheet at:

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1vLkzpCBiVhpy0qixSQJvxeKw0a3yr1kP0ZjhDq4rhL0/edit?usp=sharing

You will find three sheets: one with draft priotizations done for the tasks/standards from Janet’s TCG list, a second one yet to be prioritized, and a third one with the higher-level areas that I presented last Friday. I would like to ask you please to review them at your earliest convenience, edit the numbers where you think they are not appropriate and then fill in your availability to organize a telecon to discuss them:

Many thanks in advance and talk to you soon,

Bruno

We thought that going on Tuesday would be ideal since we would have the ideas from the Focus Session on Big Data in Astronomy fresh in our minds to be able to discuss them in the context of the IVOA. Please invite anyone who you think could contribute and would be willing to.

In order to make the reservation, we would need to ask you please to tell me and Baptiste whether you want to come to the dinner (no response will be interpreted as meaning that you are not coming) by Monday at 5 pm at the latest.
