Subject: [csp] CSP & friends dinner on Tuesday: « Swann et Vincent »
Dear CSP colleagues, TCG chair and IVOA friends,
Welcome to Paris!
Following up from the last CSP telecon we had prior to the interop meeting, we would like to propose to go together for dinner on Tuesday to be able to enjoy some nice food together, discuss an update to the scientific priorities, define new use-cases that we should push forward together with the TCG and hopefully map Janet’s work table to science use-cases. We thought that going on Tuesday would be ideal since we would have the ideas from the Focus Session on Big Data in Astronomy fresh in our minds to be able to discuss them in the context of the IVOA. Please invite anyone who you think could contribute and would be willing to.
Baptiste recommends the nice and nearby restaurant « Swann et Vincent <https://www.lafourchette.com/restaurant/swann-et-vincent/264633?cc=16767-0cd&gclid=CjwKCAjwiN_mBRBBEiwA9N-e_nLTCOJWyCOOMeOiH8HsTj8WxC9w8htXwiaC-UIFIwOyh1vQO1j9pBoCCsYQAvD_BwE> » (traditional French-Italian), which can host up to 20 of us for that dinner. In order to make the reservation, we would need to ask you please to tell me and Baptiste whether you want to come to the dinner (no response will be interpreted as meaning that you are not coming) by Monday at 5 pm at the latest.
Many thanks in advance for your time and interest,
Bruno
