[csp] CSP preparations for College Park (doodle)

I’ve replied to the poll.  However, note that U.S. daylight savings time ends on Sunday 2018-11-04, and so I think that returns 18:00 CET to be 12:00 EST and 09:00 PST.

Right now it looks like I’m available 12:00-13:00 EST on 2018-11-05 and 12:30-13:30 EST on 2018-11-06 - lunch hours scheduled during key LSST management meetings.  I would much prefer to be able to attend the full hour of the CSP teleconference, so I’d prefer the Monday time slot, unless we can meet a half hour later on Tuesday.
