[csp] CSP preparations for College Park (doodle)

Dear all,

Thanks to Raffaele and to Mark for filling the the doodle poll. Could I get the responses from the rest as well please ? It looks like Monday Nov. 5th at 5 pm CET (= 12:00 EDT = 9 am PDT) or Nov. 6th at 6 pm CET (= 1 pm EDT = 10 am PDT) are the best dates so far.
