Web development of IVOA revamp.

Hi there,
I attended the IVOA interop meeting last May. It was interesting to see the community of enthusiastic people. One of the talk Simon mentioned said IVOA site was going through some changes.

I am a software developer and I want to contribute some of my knowledge and time to do web stuffs of the site IVOA is changing into if needed.
