FW: New VOTable 1.4 draft

Tom,

one editorial comment on the current draft: since v1.3, three \footnotes
have been introduced into the LaTeX source (there were none before).
The footnote content shows up correctly in the formatted PDF document,
but is invisible in the HTML.  Since the content of at least two of
these footnotes is quite important (vocabulary locations) they should
be reformattted somehow, e.g.  inserted in the text in parenthesis.
