Dear Apps members,
We are pleased to announce a new release of the MOC java API. This new
version is compatible with the last HEALPix official java library (3.3).

----
In details: Java MOC 4.5 API - dec 2015 - P.Fernique
* Based on the last official HEALPix java library 3.3 which has
modified its java package hierarchy (healpix.essentials... package).
* Modification of the default Moc order rule (previously API 4.4 =>
order 29 by default, now API 4.5 => highest order used during the
generation of the Moc)
* Addition of several MOC usage examples
(cds.moc.examples.MocExample.java)
* JSON MOC format (not [yet] in the IVOA standard) has been improved
for storing the MOC order value directly in the JSON structure
rather than via a first line # comment (not JSON valid). Now, the
list of the MOC cell number at the highest order must be present in
the JSON file, even if this list is empty (ex: ...,"20":[]} => the
MOC order is 20).
