TOPCAT/STILTS release

Hi all,

there is a new release of TOPCAT/STILTS/STIL:

   TOPCAT v4.2-2
   STILTS v3.0-2
   STIL   v3.0-9

There are quite a few new plotting capabilities, including line fitting,
histogram data export, markers with independent X/Y sizes based
on data values, plot titles, better control over colour maps,
ability to specify plot size in pixels from the topcat GUI, etc.

Topcat also has a new window for generating several mutually exclusive
Row Subsets from categorical data in a column.

A couple of things which you probably ought not to notice are changes
to the OSX DMG/Application bundle configuration (should now work
with java 6, 7 or 8), and modifications to the FITS I/O implementation
(you might see improvements if you use very large FITS files from
STILTS).  If you see any new problems at this release in these areas,
please let me know.

Many of these enhancements are in response to recent and not-so-recent
user requests, thanks as ever to all those providing suggestions,
