Registry interfaces

Hello Markus,

In AppLauncher (http://www.jmmc.fr/applauncher) we are focusing on providing Users with a smart dock to automatically operate SAMP-compatible VO applications on demand.
Lots of critical meta-data were missing from the Registry, so we created our own : http://voar.jmmc.fr/index.html
