C/C++ libraries for VO clients

Hi Marco,

I have some C++ SOAP clients, but those are for name resolving - see
SimbadTarget etc. from RTS2(.org).

I am not aware of any C/C++ libraries, and I believe I would be the
first to be aware of those.
