VOSpec version 6.5 release announcement

Dear IVOA Community,

We are pleased to announce the release of VOSpec 6.5:

This new version supports early photometry services:

-CDS Vizier ConeSearch-like service
-NED SSAP-like service

It allows the seamless integration of photometric data from Vizier and 
NED databases with spectra from SSAP services, to build combined SEDs 
that fulfil new science cases.

The new capabilities can be viewed in the VOSpec website through video 
tutorials, in particular:
