Removing PLASTIC support from next Aladin release

Dear all,

As nearly all VO applications have now moved from PLASTIC to SAMP, we 
(the aladin team) plan to remove the PLASTIC support from the next 
version (Aladin v7) which will be released for fall 2010.
If anybody thinks it is a bad idea or foresees some potential problems 
because of this decision, please tell us now.
