Specview with VO interface released

I just tried it an here's a question:

Point 13.2 of above page says "The Registry menu allows the selection of 
alternate lists gathered from external VO registry sites".

Does it mean that one can somehow add an entry to the menu "Registry"?
Alternatively, is there a way  to add a new service to the "internal list"?
