sampjs - IE8+ exceptions

Dear Mark,

many thanks for your quick reply.

The exact Internet Explorer version we are using is IE 8.0.7601.17514 on 
Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard (version 6.1, Build 7601: Service Pack 1).

We will keep you informed in case we find out the reason why this is 
error is happening.
