[AstroPy] Sampy and ds9

Thank you Mark for your post.

I'd like to ensure Rick and Wolfgang that Bill and me are talking in 
order to fix any possible communication problem between SAMPy and DS9. I 
know that a new DS9 beta should be released soon 
(http://hea-www.harvard.edu/RD/ds9/beta.html) and should solve a small 
problem which still exists communicating with the SAMPy Hub. Me too I'm 
going to release a new SAMPy distribution with some bugs fixed and some 
news/improvements.
