SAMP author list

I'd like to suggest that you change the ordering of the author list of
the document, from your very democratic alphabetical list to:

M. Taylor (m.b.taylor at bristol.ac.uk)
T. Boch (boch at astro.u-strasbg.fr)
M. Fitzpatrick (fitz at noao.edu)
A. Allan (aa at astro.ex.ac.uk)
L. Paioro (luigi at lambrate.inaf.it)
J. Taylor (jontayler at gmail.com)
D. Tody (dtody at nrao.edu)

i.e. original lead authors with you as first author, then alphabetical.
