VTP review

Dear TDIG, dear TCG,

To get the ball on the VTP review rolling, we (Registry) have put in
a few points on http://wiki.ivoa.net/twiki/bin/view/IVOA/VTPRFC

Summary/Teaser:

* Better avoid the term IVORN
* Our favourite topic of recent months: timezones
* Non-IVOA schema location
* Relationship to SSO?

The last point may be a bit contentious, and I'd appreciate some
insight from GWS; the whole point may be moot as I suspect that
everything SSO sanctions doesn't work without HTTP and is therefore
not applicable for VTP in the first place.  If that's true: should we
be worried?
