Time Domain presentation at CSP

Hello John,

FYI, attached you'll find a couple of documents that will be presented 
at the CSP meeting on Thursday

* An IVOA Note describing the exercise of implementing the 
SimpleTimeSeries and the Spectral Data Model v2.0 in the OMC VO service.

* My presentation for the CSP meeting. Basically it focuses on the 
conclusions described in the Note but putting them in context.
