Sorry your original mail to me bounced — I’ve moved on from the University of Amsterdam and my uva.nl address has stopped working.
To answer your question: yes, that IVOA note is the most recent version of the document. It’s possible that Matthew, CC’d, has further ideas about its evolution, but not that we’ve discussed as a group.
It’s great that you’re planning to use this! As far as I’m aware, this is the first significant attempt to adopt STS based on this note; please do send feedback & suggestions for future enhancements.
