Comet 1.1.1 release

Dear TDIG,

I’m pleased to announce the release of version 1.1.1 of Comet, my implementation of the VOEvent Transport Protocol.

Version 1.1.1 is a bug fix release. A log of the changes is available at <http://comet.readthedocs.org/en/1.1.1/appendix/history.html>. Users of older versions are encouraged to upgrade.

Comet is available for download from <http://comet.transientskp.org/>. It is released under an open source (2 clause BSD) license, and development takes place at <https://github.com/jdswinbank/Comet/>. Your pull requests are welcome.
