VOEvent tools and libraries

Dear TDIG,

At Hotwired 3 I was asked about the availability of libraries and other tools for working with VOEvents. In response, I’ve made a list of those I’m aware of on our wiki page, at <http://wiki.ivoa.net/twiki/bin/view/IVOA/IvoaVOEvent#Tools_and_Libraries>. No doubt my list isn’t comprehensive: if you know of any others, please do inform this mailing list and/or update the wiki as appropriate.
