VOEvent References

Looks like VOEvent has several constructs to attach semantic and data 
model information to the event:

-- the natural language approach with the <Description>,
-- the vocabulary approach with <Reference> and its uri type
-- the UCD approach is available for Params and Fields
-- The Utype construct is available for Params and Fields

Of course we have our opinions on which of these is best and how best to 
use them. But the critical matter is the VOEvent2 standard. Is there any 
change that anyone thinks needs to be made to the specification or 
schema? I have not heard that yet, looks like we are clear for PR and REC.
