agenda for IVOA VOEvent sessions

Hola,

The agenda for the VOEvent sessions at next weeks IVOA InterOp in  
Victoria are now posted:

Suggestions for additional topics welcome.  The time domain is likely  
to come up in some other sessions, as well - for instance, the  
Semantics WG or the STC discussion in the first DM session on Tuesday.
