MPC to VOEvent translator?

What are the "legal" values for the dataType attribute you're using in your
Params? I have completely come around on this issue and agree it's needed. If I
can get the set of values, I can add it to the 1.1 mini-schema and validate it
in my tools (see separate email that I am about to send to this list).
