Technical question about v1.1 VOEvent schema

Ok - what version of the revised schema should we use?  (Bob's or Jean-Paul's or someone else's?)  And where should it be put?  Do we update in-place, or simply add a second version of the schema?  If the latter, what should the new name be?  Does Bruno need to be involved?
