Aspen workshops?

Just clicking through from the NVO Newsletter.  Not a lot of us would  
be able to take three weeks for such an enterprise.  I also noted that  
the deadline was long past.

If an oversubscription of six negated a proposal, the NASA and NSF  
grants programs would topple.  A lot of observing TACs also see such  
popularity.

Surely the VOEvent community claims numerous members ranked in the  
84th percentile?  The question is whether they have a hankering for an  
Arnold Palmer at the soda counter in downtown Aspen.
