VOEvent and GRBs

Great! FYI... I searched all GCNs for the word "VOEvent" and it came  
up thrice.  The first was from RAPTOR saying that they would send out  
the same info through the VOEventNet.

So I guess we should rejoice then in a non-VOEvent groupie opted to  
use VOEvents.
