Paper copies (AN v329n3, March 2008) will be mailed out to workshop  
attendees as soon as the editors get them.  Many thanks for the strong  
contributions from the long list of authors!

I'd like to personally thank Al and Josh for shouldering their  
estimated 67% of the editing chores.  Al's karmic ledger is surely  
overflowing for so ably handling negotiations with the publisher!
