VOEvent v2.0, some thoughts

Work products:
	v2.0 standard (v1.1 packets must validate against v2.0 schema)
	transport document
	user's guide
	progress TBD on SEAP

	(meanwhile we all continue working on our various related projects)

Schedule:
	v2.0 + transport by Trieste?
	others TBD

Logistics:
	v2.0 must have signatures and included schema
		(these are ready once we sort out the details)

	v2.0 must have vocab support
		(slip v2.0 if vocab standard slips in Semantics WG - make sure that  
it doesn't)

	v2.0 will have STC orbital elements and SDM time series if STC and  
SDM are ready
		(do we slip v2.0 or skip features if they aren't ready?)
