VOEvent 1.0 and STC 1.3 ontology drafts

Hello,

I've just uploaded draft ontologies built from the VOEvent 1.0 and STC 
1.3 schemas to the VOTech wiki. Notes, questions and the attached OWL 
ontologies are available at
