Logos

Just tidying up some loose ends.  Here are the entries we received  
over the Summer for the logo contest.  I've omitted the artists names  
and descriptive text - after all a logo has to stand by itself.   
There are some clear graphic ideas here, although copyright  
infringement might be an issue with one or two.  Also, at least one  
graphic (the first) is already being used by a VOEvent related group  
(VOEventNet).  Recent U.S. elections have shown that voting may not  
produce the optimal result - or perhaps we want to have a second  
round merging elements from several options?
