Hi theory groupers

Is there interest for a telecon to discuss possible session(s) for the theory interest group during the next interop end of April? I think, if any, the main activity/discussion has been on creating an actual implementation of the Simulation
Data Model (SimDM), as a SimDB, where “anyone” can come and register their simulations.

And I personally have been working with actual cosmological simulation data on the SciServer science platform. Issues that came up were how to distribute some 100TB of data over 12x3 volumes and parallelize/distribute access. Dask anyone?
For another project where I want to run simple simulaitons with the GPU code Bonsai I have created some python classes for my own usage. In both instances I’d be happy to find better ways to work with the data and codes and/or start working towards some standardization.
