Hello

I'm glad to tell you that SimDAL 1.0 has been finally approved by the
IVOA Exec. So it is now a Recommendation.

First of all, congratulations to everybody involved in the work,
specially Franck and David. It's been a long time and a lot of work to
get here.

I would say that it is probably a good moment to work in
implementations, implementation notes, applications that can deal with
theoretical data and so.
