new release of SimulationDM version 1.0 WD

Dear Data model WG member, Theory Interest Group member

Here is the working draft (doc and pdf versions) prepared by the  
Theory Interest Group for a Simulation Data model version 1.0.


This is the proposed IVOA standard for modeling theoretical simulations.
We would be glad to get your comments and suggestions within this WG  
review before  April 14th.
