Nara preparation

Dear colleagues,

Nara is not so far from now, so we have to start its preparation. The 
first step is to known how many sessions we need.

I suggest to have three official sessions (as usual and, certainly a lot 
of unofficial ones of course! )

The topic splitting could be DM / DAL / Semantics but could evolve 
depending on the on-going work on SimDM (that might be discussed during 
a DM WG session ?), SimDAL and the vocabulary.

If you have any idea that does not fit into these three categories, pls 
let me know.
