Theory requirements page

Dear theory IG,

I just open a wiki page where I have introduce some questions about  
the possible requirements
for including theoretical models in IVOA (in general and not only  
SNAP based)

I posted there some possible questions/issues that would affect to  
different kinds of
theoretical models, and that are related with other WG and IG.  It is  
just a a very preliminary list of idea. I would suggest to include  
and discuss more items there...
