Links to W3C workflow/processing models

	As I mentioned in the DM session today there are a number of W3C efforts which
	should be considered (or at least mined for the 'good stuff') in terms of doing distributed
	workflows and processing descriptions.

	(at Mark Taylor's suggestion  I have cross posted to theory and grid-ws groups..don't shoot
	the messenger!!)
