Dear Franck and Fabrice;

I think you have done an excellent job in your carefully
prepared proposal.  There is a great deal of detail in the
description of your 14 items that will require careful
consideration by all of us.  I note in passing that the
thesarus is still rather incomplete, especially in the
area of subject and somewhat in the area of physical
processes.  However, this is easily addressed.  Thanks
for your proposal.
