Hi,

you might have noticed a small flurry of technical PRs from me  in https://github.com/ivoa-std - They are all small fixed in the build vs modern ivoatex - they have come about because I have done another round of updates to https://ivoa.github.io/IvoaDocViewSite/

* included more documents
* started with some structuring of the site
* improved some of the inter document linking (which was always one of the main purposes of the site) - I use it for looking things up.
