That should not be taken as adding credibility to the email.
There is very little additional evidence for "MRQU" as an ongoing project, notwithstanding the implication of the "v3" in the messages.

The following message raised concerns from several members
of the Semantics list.
The fact that the attached zip file contains python codes and
more zip files rings several alarm bells.
Please use maximum caution if you decide to deal with its contents.
If you are brave enough to analyze it, and figure out that (good case) it is
legitimate, or that (bad case) it might be an AI-generated phishing attempt,
do not hesitate to share your findings on the list.
Unless someone on the list is pressing us to consider MRQU Core as
an important matter, I'm tempted to just ignore the request.
