Request for access to the Ontology of Astronomical Object Types

Dear IVOA semantics members,

I am attempting to create an ontology regarding astronomical data and i 
would like to use the Ontology of Astronomical Object Types as a base 
ontology which i can expand upon. Is there any way i can receive access 
to an owl file of the ontology ?
