[Heig] vocabulary update: proposal for dataproduct_type update for high energy data : event-list definition and event-bundle

Dear all,

I'm wondering if the bundle type must be restricted to the event lists.
On my side I distribute spectra has bundles (spectrum + background + calib files) which is common for X-ray people doing 
analyses  with XSpec.

I suggest to expend the note requirements to 3 bundle definitions
- product-bundle
- event-bundle
- spectrum-bundle

where both event-bundle and spectrum-bundle are product-bundle.s.

I volunteer to implement spectrum-bundle in my obscore service.
