vocabulary update: proposal for dataproduct_type update for high energy data : event-list definition and event-bundle

in the recent IVOA note proposed by HEIG IG :

Two definitions of data products types are considered .

see section cited below:

6.1.2 Proposed definition to be discussed

A first point to be discuss would be to converge on a proper definition 
of HE

specific data products:

• Propose definitions for a product-type *event-list:* A collection of 
observed events, such as incoming HE particles, where an event is 
generally characterised by a spatial position, a time and a spectral 
value(e.g. an energy, a channel, a pulse height).

• Proposedefinitionsforaproduct-type *event-bundle:* An 
event-bundledataset is a complex object containing an event-list and 
multiple files or
other substructures that are products necessary to analyse the 
event-list. Data in an event-bundle may thus be used to produce higher 
leveldata products such as images or spectra.

I think we need to include a new dataproduct type for /event-bundle/ in 
the current ivoa vocabulary :

The process is to propose this new term to the semantics group and fill 
in a VEP file for it .
