SKOS REC timetable at W3C

Folks,

For information:

On the Vocabularies document's RFC page[1] I have proposed that,  
although the W3C's SKOS document is still not a REC, we should  
complete the Exec Review as normal, and then wait until the SKOS  
document is promoted before promoting ours.

I asked on the SKOS list, and understand that the authors of the SKOS  
document are optimistic that it will be promoted around the end of  
June 2009 [2].
