The W3C Semantic Web Deployment <http://TODO>  Working Group has announced
the publication of the
<http://www.w3.org/TR/2008/WD-skos-reference-20080125/> SKOS Reference as a
W3C First Public Working Draft:

This is a substantial update to and replacement for the previous SKOS Core
Vocabulary Specification
<http://www.w3.org/TR/2005/WD-swbp-skos-core-spec-20051102/>  W3C Working
Draft dated 2 November 2005. The publication has been announced in the W3C
<http://www.w3.org/News/2008#item12>  news, and a request for comments
<http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-esw-thes/2008Jan/0096.html>  has
been sent to various mailing lists.
