{there are other projects which do this, but this one fits the bill for us..it
has sesame and Jena integration which is nice}
I hope to release a URL to a test server in the coming weeks so that we can
see this in action (practical application!!). We are also preparing a user
tool which would overlay this repository so that the scientist doesn't have
to author SPARCL, or worry about changing RDF into VOTable.
