Sorry - just hadn't gotten around to doing the language thing and the
"UK" slipped into the definition by mistake. Yes, we should support
standard language use whenever someone has the extra time to do it.

Also good.
The sooner we switch to SKOS, the better: then all of this can be
done in the final document.
