Win RDF tools?

Hi all, I'd like to play around with reading and writing RDF using VS2005
under windows and was wondering if anyone had tried any of the existing RDF
frameworks for .Net 2.0 (semweb, redland, spiral) and could supply me with a
sample app or two to get started with.
